  • 1 packet Strawberries
  • 1 piece White chocolate
  • 1 piece Dark chocolate

1. Making eyes for strawberries:
Place white chocolate and bitter chocolate in separate bowls, and put the bowls in a hot bath to melt the chocolate.

Make 2 cornets* (one is for white, another is for bitter), to squeeze the chocolate out from.
Squeeze the white chocolate out first. Just before it hardens, squeeze out a smaller amount of dark chocolate onto it.

2. Carve a small triangle of strawberry out to make a mouth.
Use whip cream or glacage* as a paste for adhering the eyes onto the strawberries.

3. Decorate the cake with the strawberries
