This photo is in response to the What The World Eats article that's making the rounds again. Some of my friends and I did a challenge to show our meal plans for the week so we can see what we actually eat. Many of us are gardeners/homesteaders so what we eat changes seasonally, but this is a pretty good representation of how I'm eating now before the harvest starts. Much of my food is dry goods, home canned, or home dehydrated. So if I took something out of a jar for one of the recipes, I pictured the whole jar. MEAL PLAN

Breakfasts:
Kasha
Homemade yogurt with frozen berries and granola (4 meals)
Homemade oatmeal mix (2 meals)

Lunches
Bean and Cheese Quesadilla (2 meals)
Salads with cucumbers, hard boiled eggs, chickpeas, and dressing (3 meals)
(2 days will be leftovers from dinner)

Dinners
