100g de chocolat noir + 8 carrés ; 3 oeufs ; 80g de sucre ; 50g de beurre (demi-sel ou doux) ; 1 c. à soupe de farine (un peu bombée quand même)

Préchauffer le four à 260°c
Faire fondre les 100g de choco et ajouter le beurre.
A côté, mélanger les oeufs, le sucre et la farine.
Ajouter le chocolat fondu.
Verser la préparation dans 4 ramequins beurrés et farinés. (je dois faire des gros ramequins je n'en fait jamais que 3)
Glisser 2 carrés de chocolat au centre de chaque ramequin. (voire 3 carrés même :] )
Mettre au four 10mn.
Ensuite ça peut se démouler, mais je trouve ça plus simple de les manger direct dans les ramequins. Ah, et ça se mange tiède... si vous attendez le lendemain, le chocolat au centre aura durcit. Bon en fait, 15-20mn au four à 50°c ça marche pour les réchauffer.

100g + 8 'squares' Dark chocolate ; 3 eggs ; 80g sugar ; 50g butter (salted or unsalted) ; 1 tablespoon all-purpose flour
Preheat oven at 260°c (500°F)
Heat the 100g chocolate and the butter to make them melt.
On a large bowl, mix eggs, sugar and flour. Add the melted chocolate mixture and stir well.
Pour into 4 greased and floured ramekins (maybe only 3 ramekins depending on their size).
Put 2 chocolate squares in the center of each ramekin (or even 3 squares if you can - it's better if the squares do not stick out of the batter)
Bake 10 minutes.
These little cakes can be turned out, but it's easier to eat them in the ramekin 😉 Serve them warm, if they're cold, the chocolate in the center will be hard. But you can warm them again in the oven at very low heat, 15-20mn at 50°c (122°F).
