Milk Fish Soup (bouillabaisse)

Ingredients

  • 6 whole Prawn
  • 6 piece Moule
  • 3 slice Pacific Cod
  • 1/4 piece Onion
  • 1 clove Garlic, thinly sliced
  • 1 tablespoon Olive oil
  • 1 pinch Saffron
  • 150 milligram White wine
  • 300 milligram Milk
  • 1 pinch Salt and pepper
  • 1 whole Egg Yolk
  • 0.5 clove Grated Garlic
  • 0.5 tablespoon Extra Virgin Olive Oil
  • 1 teaspoon Lemon Juice
  • 1 pinch Cayenne Pepper

1. Remove the digestive tract from the back of the prawn. Slice pacific cod into three pieces.

2. Soak saffron in water (1Tbs.) for 15min.

3. Combine egg yolk, grated garlic, olive oil, lemon juice and cayenne pepper. Mix well after adding each new ingredient. Add salt and pepper to taste.

4. 4. Fry sliced garlic with olive oil at low heat. Add sliced onions and fry until they become soft. Add prawns, mussels and cod, white wine and (2). Cover and cook well. Add milk and boil one more time. Add salt and pepper.
